Simple perforation plates. Vessel-ray pits similar to intervessel pits in s Axial parenchyma in marginal or in seemingly marginal bands. Axial parenchyma confluent. Occasionally axial parenchyma in discontinuous tangential lines. Prismatic crystals in non-chambered axial parenchyma cells. Styloids and/or elongate crystals in axial pa Rays exclusively uniseriate. Crystal sand in ray cells. Prismatic crystals in the ray cells. Occasionally heterogeneous rays and/or multiseriate heterogeneous rays. Body ray cells procumbent with one row of upright and/or square marginal cells (Kribs-III). Fibers with simple to minutely bordered pits.
