It is a straight and cylindrical tree, with commercial bole lengths of 13 m and diameters of 60 cm.

Natural Distribution

In Brazil it is found in the lower Amazon region, Belém, Gurupá, Almirim highland and Tapajós river (Pará) and Rondonia.
